Manny Pacquiao defeated Joshua Clottey (Unanimous Decision)
Pound-for-pound King Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao gave a rainfall of punches in a one-sided fight defeating Joshua "The Grand Master" Clottey in front of more than 50,000 boxing fans at the Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
The champ shows his usual firepower but the Ghana warrior shows that he is a durable-tough warrior and a no push over. Clottey failed to match Pacquiao's blazing speed and punching combinations. The Pacman is throwing punches with both hands from all angles. (BTW in round 4, Pacquiao delivered a pompiang move)
At the end of the fight, the three judges scored a Unanimous Decision: 120-108, 119-109, 119-109. The champ retains his World Boxing Organization (WBO) welterweight title.
