Solar Camera Strap for your DSLR - concept

Here's a good concept by Weng Jie which will give another function to your Camera Strap. Weng added solar films across the width of the strap, calling it Solar Camera Strap.

Charging and extending the battery life of your digital SLR camera. Now, every time your out on the field and you always forgot to charged up your dead battery, this thing will do the job.

This eco-friendly concept is not as simple as you think. Modifications will be done to be able to charge the battery inside the camera.

This is a good idea and more studies must be done to be commercially acceptable.

Vote for the Philippines future

Indelible ink

Today, millions of Filipinos including me just finished exercising our rights to vote in hoping for a better Philippines. A vote which many called as the great equalizer between different classes of society.

It is the country’s first automated polls and voter's confusion are expected plus the inexperienced of the people handling the elections.

Some problems I encountered are the glitches in the operation of the Precinct Count Optical Scan (PCOS) machines and you have to stood and wait in long lines before you can cast your vote.

Some polling place precincts are using the "numbering system" which will ensure smooth flow of voters but sadly to say the precinct in which my name was listed did not work so they use the old procedure of just forming a line.

A massive improvement must be done for future elections.

Staying positive with this new electoral system, it will speed up the vote counts which will deliver early results not like manual counting system which is prone to fraud and delays.

My brother and I were just glad that our votes are counted!!!
