Smart Telecom canopy Wi-Fi antenna - bringing down the suffering
After four years, I have finally found time to bring down my Smart Telecom canopy Wi-Fi antenna and my experience of using Smart's internet service is just frustrating. Two years of internet connection suffering!
With zero competition at that time in the Wi-Fi market, you will just try to be contented with their poor internet service (They used to called the service as Smart Wi-Fi now aka Smart Bro). Today, even though the competition in Wi-Fi connectivity is high, according to my friends and other subscribers their internet connection and customer service are still undesirable.

If you will ask, how bad is their internet Wi-Fi signal? Now, I'm using PLDT DSL. Even though PLDT and Smart are sister company, PLDT internet service is VERY MUCH better and reliable than other rival company.
In my case, their Wi-Fi canopy antenna is installed in a 24ft. pole (adding another pole to get a signal) and it is standing in the roof top of a three-storey house. the internet speed is less than 70kps or sometimes none.
One of their technicians shows that there are many users using one base station.
