2009 "Singkaban Single Ladies" (part 2)

I promised to upload and post another set of photos taken by my brother Mark during the "2009 Singkaban Festival" in Malolos City but I misplace the jpeg photos. Yesterday, I found other sets of photos.

The Singkaban Fiesta 2009 is a week-long celebration consisting of various colourful cultural presentation, arts and exhibits.
