Child beggars taking some break

National election in the Philippines is just around the corner and definitely fighting "Poverty" is one of the candidate's campaign promises. The government must take care of this children and keep them off the streets. Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) needs to examine its programs and policies or develop new plans to somehow lessen the children living on the streets and parks.
